  • The calendar shows overnight stays with courtesy shuttles that are already scheduled with Cherokee Hills Neighbor-Hostel.

  • If you are arriving at GSP (Greenville-Spartanburg Airport) or AVL (Asheville Airport) and see a shuttle scheduled that day, please contact us to ask about joining the ride.

  • Approximate drive times for common routes:

    GSP or AVL → Oconee State Park

    • With food cache stop: about 2 hours, 15 minutes

    • Without food cache stop: about 2 hours

    Table Rock State Park → Oconee State Park

    • With food cache stop: about 1 hour, 15 minutes

    • Without food cache stop: about 1 hour

  • The calendar is meant to give hikers a quick snapshot of current activity, but we can often make things work even when a day looks busy.
